Italy offers amazing motorcycle roads. We have first hand experience of riding in Italy since 2001 and can only recommend crossing the border from France. Beautiful views from mountain and coastal roads, delicious food and that feeling of “Italian flair”. But watch out for Italian drivers. Traffic can appear daunting. But rest assured, after a couple of days you will get the hang of riding a motorcycle or scooter in Italy. And remember, your motorcycle tour across Italy starts at Nice Airport in France.
We have put together a 6-day round trip to get you started. Using this motorcycle touring guide for Italy is easy. Just click on the images and the link will take you to GoogleMaps for further route detail. If you ask nicely, we will pre-program our GPS units with these routes.

We suggest you pick up your rental motorcycle in Nice first thing in the morning. We are happy to help setting up your GPS and luggage. Why not leave your suitcases with us during your ride. Obviously, our storage service is free of charge.
From Nice, you ride
After almost 30 years of riding motorcycles, I’m all about comfort and convenience! And sometimes it’s the ‘little things’ that make your motorcycle trip so much more enjoyable. Here are some of my top tips for motorcycle comfort!
Packing is super important on a bike because you (obviously) have limited space. You don’t want to look like this guy!
Think about the weather where you’re planning to travel, and realize the temperature may swing from high to low in the span of a day (especially if you’re riding in mountainous areas). Layer clothing whenever possible and make sure you have the essentials: jeans, underwear, extra socks, long-sleeve shirt and your favorite T-shirts. Another must: rain gear and good-quality leather chaps.
Know the helmet laws in the states in which you’re traveling. Don’t get caught without one in a helmet-law state. (It’s no fun geting a ticket on your dream trip!) Check out this site for a map of the states where helmets are required.
Don’t try to do too much
This is probably the one I have to remind myself about. If you’re not used to riding
Paint your own Rims? Who would have thought something previously done by professionals could be done in your own home.
While, the concept of painting your own rims has been around a few years now, many questions pop up of how to do it and I thought I would share my own experiences with painting my Integra stock rims. I have read up many examples of how to do this, but my first time trying was this year when I chose to refinish my winter rims. I was quite please with the outcome.
First, what the hell do you need to paint your rims? Paint of course 🙂 This is where Duplicolor comes in with their wheel paint. They offer paint colors to match your style coming in white, gunmetal, classic silver and bronze as well. I chose to do mine in gunmetal leaving my lip the stock polished style look. So here are your options:
So you chose your color, bought your paint and are semi-ready. First, you need to sand
Your car that you so lovingly brought might be your most prized possession. It is assured that you must be taking utmost care of your vehicle and wash it regularly to keep both its exterior and interior looking like new. Unfortunately it is often seen that despite our best intentions, needless to say our hard work, the results produced are not entirely to our satisfaction.
“The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, but in ourselves, that we are underlings”, so quotes Cassius in William Shakespeare’s masterpiece Julius Caesar. The situation being echoed here may not be too different from the results produced if we are not careful selecting the right shampoo for car.
Having the best quality shampoo that conforms to highest standards is imperative to keep your car looking all spic and span. Additionally, right maintenance and washing of your car protects the paint and overall décor along with adding years of life to your prized vehicle. High quality car shampoos also help your car efficiently shrug-off the ill effects of pollution, harsh sunlight, lashing rain and other sundry vagaries of nature that it has to endure on regular basis.
As the weather improves and the harsh winters

Quad bike-racing is famous worldwide and in various parts of the US, it is offered at affordable prices.
Whether it is for outdoor activities or agricultural practices, ATVs has been in use for many years. These vehicles are jumbos on road and can withstand any harsh conditions. However, in order to keep them in good condition and high performing, regular repairs and maintenance must be done. Various companies across the US offers ATV service and repair at really very reasonable rates but before choosing an agency, it is better to go through its past testimonials and reviews.
ATV service maintenance is quite similar to the maintenance that individuals perform on their own vehicles with a subtle difference. In here, much emphasis is given on the off-road driving and there are certain areas that need special attention and they are as follows:
Most of the repair companies offer their services on almost every make and

Look at how motor vehicles have transformed over the last decade with the implementation of new ‘gadgets’ to make our journeys so much easier and safer. Manufacturers are scrambling to deliver vehicles to the market with pioneering technology that will set them apart from their opposition. However are these new inclusions actually beneficial to the driver or do they take the human element out of the decision making process? So, you are excited and worried at the same time! Not too many times that you get a feeling like this when you are 18-20 years of age. With your first love bike and a thrill to impress, you would be at the road transport office hoping to get through your test with flying colours. Would it be that simple though? What would be the first few things you would have to be wary about when you are going to prove that you are meant for the mean roads on your lean machine? Here is a quick guide to help you get through your bike driving test in the first go!
One of the first things you have to do when you plan to get your riding license done is to get familiar with the bike. Unless you do this perfectly well, you would never be comfortable with the bike or know the exact methods around it. For example, you should be accustomed to the clutch as well as the gears.
